Articulate HLC has built its reputation on provision of an exemplary service and a consultative relationship with our clients, utilising the principles of the EFQM Business Excellence Model to ensure we maintain and grow these high standards.

We constantly monitor all areas of service provision to ensure the highest quality:

Marketing and PR: We accurately describe our services and tailor all marketing activities to the needs of the individual client. All strategies and implementation are in compliance with statutory requirements.

Design - Graphic and Web Design: Our design services are also bespoke to each individual client to facilitate the 'brand'; when outsourced images are required, we never use images that are under copyright, unless the correct licenses and permissions have been obtained.

Contracting and Delivery: All services provided are agreed in advance with the client, and confirmed by written and signed letter of agreement. Delivery is timely within the terms agreed.

Invoicing: We endeavour to ensure that all invoices are correct and contain nothing other than that which has been agreed and confirmed in advance with the client.

After-Care: Articulate HLC builds long-term relationships, even with those clients who are not party to longer-term contracts. We deal with any complaints immediately and provide ongoing advice to clients, present or previous, whenever it is sought.
