Richard is currently engaged in:

  • Developing the Council's sustainable Procurement Strategy that will define the way in which the Council achieves 'Policy through Procurement' within the current legislative framework;
  • Delivering the Council's move towards service enablement including the management of contracts and continuous improvement;
  • and Working with the Voluntary and Community Sector in developing our approach to the Localism Bill.
