Heidi Lambert - 20 years in public relations and communications, 15 years as founder of HLC Ltd, a successful international PR agency with offices in the UK and Brussels, working for both SMEs and large corporations, including Volvo, Microsoft, ITV and BT. HLC has specialised in media relations support of EU public affairs and lobbying activities in Brussels with hands-on experience of the European press corps

Jason Alexander - Jalex Collective IT - When your IT
goes wrong, it can have a serious impact on your business. Jalex has years of experience in dealing with all IT issues and all platforms (including Mac!). His client list ranges from blue chip to the individual home user.
